By no means does Swiss Chalet have a strict gluten free kitchen, or a separate gluten free menu, but they take their allergy control seriously. The best thing is, that their chalet dipping sauce is gluten free!

Our experience at Swiss Chalet in Truro went so well, we chose to eat there two nights in a row with our celiac son while attending a hockey tournament in Truro.. Luckily the delicious chalet sauce is gluten free. I felt really safe eating here and I'm thrilled because Swiss Chalet was always a fave of mine before I went GF! Safety.
